Grace Match · standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

An adults-only service

Grace Match is a matrimony service. Every account belongs to a pastor or ministry leader aged 18 or over, and every profile is of an adult seeking marriage. The profile form will not accept a date of birth under 18.

A pastor who publishes a profile confirms that the person is real, is at least 18, and has agreed to be listed. Publishing a profile of a minor is a breach of our terms and leads to suspension.

What is not allowed

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind; any content that sexualises minors; using the app to contact, groom, trade or arrange the marriage of a minor; and any profile, photograph or message involving a person under 18.

How to report a concern

In the app: Account → Help & support → send a message describing the concern and the profile or pastor involved.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police on 112 first.

What we do when a concern is reported

We act on child safety reports as a priority. The profile concerned is taken down, which removes it from every pastor's view immediately, and the responsible account is suspended so it can no longer publish, propose matches or send messages. We preserve the relevant information and report the matter to India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and to other authorities where the law requires.

Compliance

Grace Match complies with applicable child safety laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and cooperates with law enforcement.
