Grace Match is a matrimony app for pastors and ministry leaders in India. This is the same policy shown inside the app under Account → Terms & privacy.

What we hold about you
Your mobile number, which is also how you sign in. Your name, your church or ministry name, and optionally your city, state and a photograph of you.
We do not ask for your email address and we do not send you email. Signing in sends a one-time code by SMS through Google Firebase.
Your number is shown to other pastors
This is the most important thing on this page, so it is not buried at the bottom.
Your name, church and mobile number appear on every profile you publish, and any signed-in pastor can see them. That is deliberate: it is how families reach you instead of reaching the member directly. If you do not want your number visible to other pastors, do not publish profiles.
The people whose profiles you publish
A member profile holds a name, date of birth, gender, photographs, and whatever else you fill in — education, profession, church, languages and so on. It may also hold a second contact number for the family.
These people have no account and no way to sign in and change any of it. You entered it, and apart from an administrator taking a profile down, you are the only person who can correct or remove it. If someone asks you to remove their profile, please do it promptly — you are the route through which they can ask.
Who can see what
A published profile is visible to every signed-in pastor. It is not public on the internet, is not indexed by search engines, and cannot be seen by anyone without an account.
A profile you take down stops being visible to other pastors immediately.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
The app runs on Google Firebase, which stores the data and sends the sign-in codes and notifications. Payments in the app are made through Google Play, using the payment method on your Google account. Google tells us that a purchase was completed and gives us an order reference; your card, UPI or bank details never reach us.
We will disclose data where the law requires it, or where someone appears to be at risk of harm.
How long we keep it
Your account and the profiles you publish stay until you delete them.
Deleting your account removes your details, every profile you published, their photographs, your notifications and your conversations. Payment records are kept, because they are the evidence that money changed hands and are needed if a payment is ever disputed.
Deleting your account
Account → Delete account, in the app. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
You do not have to ask us and you do not have to give a reason. If you would rather stop being listed without deleting anything, take individual profiles down instead — you can put them back later.
Terms of Service
Who this app is for
Grace Match is for pastors and recognised ministry leaders. Only pastors hold accounts. The men and women whose profiles appear here do not sign up, do not log in, and cannot be contacted directly through the app — every enquiry reaches the pastor who published the profile.
By creating an account you confirm that you are a pastor or ministry leader, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are acting on behalf of the people whose profiles you publish.
You vouch for what you publish
When you publish a profile you are vouching for it. You confirm the person is real, is at least 18, knows their details and photographs are being listed for the purpose of marriage, and has agreed to it.
This is the only safeguard the app has on that point. Nobody reviews profiles before they appear — a review queue would stop the app working at the volume it is built for. The responsibility sits with you instead.
What a profile costs
Publishing one profile costs ₹100, paid before the form opens. The payment is verified on our server before the slot is released.
A paid slot you have not used yet stays on your account until you use it. If you delete your account, unused slots are lost — the app tells you how many you have before you confirm.
Some accounts are given free uploads at our discretion. That is a gift rather than a purchase, and it can be withdrawn.
Conduct, and when an account is suspended
Treat the families here as you would in your own congregation. Harassment, dishonesty, publishing someone without their agreement, listing a person under a number that is not yours, or using the app to sell anything are all grounds for suspension.
A suspended account can still sign in and read the reason, but cannot publish, propose a match or send messages, and its live profiles come down at the same time. We may suspend an account without notice where a profile appears to be fake or a person appears to be at risk.
What we do not promise
Grace Match introduces pastors to one another. It does not verify that any profile is truthful, does not run background checks, and does not promise that anyone will find a match.
Everything that follows an introduction — meetings, conversations, agreements between families — happens outside the app and at your own discretion. Satisfy yourself about the people you are dealing with, as you would with any introduction made in person.
