If you still have the app

Open Grace Match → Account → Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm. It happens immediately.

If you no longer have the app

Call or WhatsApp +91 84250 92086 from the mobile number you signed in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. We delete it and confirm back to you.

What is deleted

Your account and details (name, church, mobile number, photo); every member profile you published and its photographs; your matches, conversations and notifications.

What is kept, and why

Records of payments you made are kept, because they are the evidence that money changed hands if a payment is ever disputed. They cannot be used to sign in or to restore anything. Unused paid profile slots are lost when an account is deleted and are not refunded.

Only want to stop being listed?

You do not have to delete your account. Taking individual profiles down removes them from other pastors' view straight away, and you can put them back later.
